Itinerary

Day 1: Barcelona, Spain: Depart 18.00

On arrival in Barcelona you will be transferred to the port to board the family friendly cruise ship Norwegian Epic, operated by NCL Freestyle Cruising.

Day 2: Cruising, Mediterranean Sea:

Your cruise begins with a day cruising on the Mediterranean Sea. Take the time to become acquainted with your home for the next few days, Norwegian Epic.

Day 3: Livorno (Florence/Pisa), Italy: Arrive 07.00 Sail 19.00

From this Ligurian port you can visit Pisa, to see the 11th century Duomo cathedral and world-famous Leaning Tower. Visiting the legendary Florence is also possible. This Renaissance city of the Medici grand dukes, where the peerless art treasures of the Uffizi and a majestic prospect of domes, towers and spires are framed by the distant Tuscan hills.

Day 4: Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy: Arrive 07.00 Sail 19.00

Gateway to Rome – Italy’s ‘Eternal City’, living monument to a 3,000-year history that shaped the civilisation of our Western world.

From the Colosseum and Forum of Ancient Rome to the city’s great masterpieces of Renaissance and Baroque art and architecture, the emblems of past grandeur and wealth provide a grandiose backdrop for the elegant designer boutiques, pavement cafes, inviting trattorie and countless sophisticated pleasures of today’s vibrant capital.

Day 5: Naples (Pompeii), Italy: Arrive 07.00 Sail 19.00

Delve into thousands of years of history in old Naples. Perfectly located between the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius, just walking around is the best way to discover the city, not far from the fascinating remains of Pompeii and the island of Capri.

Day 6: Cruising, Mediterranean Sea:

Your day at sea gives you a chance to relax and enjoy the many facilities onboard Norwegian Epic. With countless places to eat, drink and play, you are sure to find something to entertain you.

Day 7: Palma, Majorca: Arrive 06.00 Depart 18.00

An intriguing blend of traditional charm and modern style, the city of Palma lies in a gorgeous bay. Discover a mix of cathedrals and castles, sleek yachts and art galleries and craft shops and chic boutiques.

Day 8: Barcelona, Spain: Arrive 05.00

You arrive in Barcelona in the early morning, allowing you to have breakfast onboard and some time to relax before disembarkation. You will be met by your driver and transferred to the airport for the flight home.
